Big Sister Little Sister’s Purpose.

Is to empower youth and women for success in competitive career fields and entrepreneurship. Our purpose is to break systemic glass ceilings by providing life skills, personal empowerment, professional development, financial literacy, education, and career readiness while ensuring our members learn to implement wellness and environmental consciousness.
